At Fatima, every piece is prepared with intention and care.
To keep this experience fair and seamless for everyone, we follow the policy below:
Returns
- Returns are accepted only at the doorstep, at the moment of delivery.
- If you decide not to receive your order, you may return it directly with the courier.
- In this case, only the shipping fee is charged.
- Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are size-only for the same item (no item or style changes).
- Items must be:
-Unworn
-Unwashed
-With original tags attached
